TS OPERA SINGERS AGENCY (Abbreviated name of the company: TS OPERA SINGERS AGENCY)

Effective regulations between the customer for the training and the company TS OPERA SINGERS AGENCY are these terms and conditions of business, irrespectively of other legal forms. Any amendments to this form of agreement made by the customer are deemed invalid and shall not be recognised by the company TS OPERA SINGERS AGENCY, unless for cases considered and recognised by the company TS OPERA SINGERS AGENCY in advance.

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract
After the application for registration is accepted, the respective form of registration shall be filled in, while getting valid after the effected payment, and shall become the valid contract between the customer and the company TS OPERA SINGERS AGENCY.

§ 3 Fees for training and services
The training shall start only after the payments are effected, beginning from the date indicated by the customer when filling in the application form. The costs of training look up at the price list. Payments for each following month of training shall be effected by the customer in advance till the last day of the current month at the latest. Vocal classes shall be conducted directly by the professor of vocal education with the piano accompanist. The classes are not held at public holidays or Saturday and Sunday.

§ 4 Terms of payment
For registration, any suitable form of payment may be employed. As a rule, we suggest two types of payment, i. e. PayPal or transfer from account to account. The amount for the first month of training must be paid in full scope within 14 days after the confirmation of the registration form by the customer. All banking charges including taxes and customs fees related to the money transfer to our account in Germany shall be borne by the customer. The payment for the training includes 19% VAT. During the period of training indicated by the customer, irrespectively of the reason (illness, voice fatigue, unexpected leave or the like) of inability to take part in classes of vocal training, the payment must be effected in full scope.

§ 5 Duration of the training and its interruption
The training period shall be determined by the customer when filling in the application form. The minimal training duration makes one month and shall be extended automatically over the next three months if the interruption or termination of the training is not announced in writing one month in advance before the expiration of the applied training duration.

§ 6 Solvency
The customer shall provide evidence of the funding source for his stay in Germany in the form of a written commitment of the personal financing donor, or a document which confirms the availability of the grant or other documents to confirm his ability to meet financial obligations.

§ 7 Permit of residence in Germany
It is necessary to obtain the permit of residence in Germany for the stay longer than 3 months for all students, also if they are EU-residents. To support the obtaining of the respective permit of residence, TS OPERA SINGERS AGENCY is prepared to provide a confirmation of the training envisaged for the participants in the training project.

§ 8 Health insurance
Participants of the project must have health insurance valid in Germany. For non-EU-residents, we can offer health insurance for the period of the training in Germany which would cover expenses for medical care.

§9 Accommodation
TS OPERA SINGERS AGENCY shall not provide accommodation for the stay of the students in Berlin for the period of training. If necessary, respective information helpful to settle the matter can be provided.
